Seda founded New World Business in 2024 and has been leading the company since its establishment. She manages developer sales offices, provides marketing consultancy to construction companies, and advises hundreds of foreign investors interested in opportunities in Turkiye.

Under Seda’s leadership, NWB has expanded to three continents and ten cities. At the core of Seda’s vision and NWB’s mission is helping others achieve their investment goals while contributing to improved housing equality.
